The focus is on leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance treatment and support for mental health issues, with a special first emphasis on dementia. As they expand the reach and impact, they are establishing an Innovation Hub to spearhead developments in the treatment and understanding of neurodegenerative illnesses.

The Role:

As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial strategy and scaling the operations starting with the UK. Your leadership and execution will ensure that the innovative solutions reach as many patients and healthcare providers as possible, ultimately improving outcomes in mental health care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust commercial strategies aimed at promoting revenue, profitability, and growth within the company.
• Lead market penetration and expansion plans, identifying new business opportunities in the digital health space.
• Work closely with the CEO and other executives to align commercial strategies with overall business goals.
• Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, technology partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure they meet their commercial objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, making strategic decisions based on data-driven insights.
• Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and public meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven commercial experience in a similar leadership role within the digital health sector, ideally with exposure to mental health and neurodegenerative diseases.
• Strong track record of scaling operations and growing business lines, preferably in the UK and US healthcare market.
• Deep understanding of digital health technologies and their integration into healthcare systems.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A strategic thinker with outstanding analytical abilities.
