With direct reference to our Head of Analytics, you will be anchored within the Analytics team, an international team with members based in both Denmark and Spain. The daily collaboration, however, will primarily be with colleagues in a cross-organizational team focused on building services. Your role will be to drive the development of, and alignment between the business model and the technical solution. This role extends beyond mere coordination; we're looking for someone who can actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions based on their experience.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, with an emphasis on building software that leverages data to create valuable services
• Sharing best practices and contributing to the development of advanced innovation and service creation capabilities across the organization
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues in entrepreneurial methodologies to nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

In the job, you can expect around 20-30 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience bridging the gap between R&D and business development within an entrepreneurial setting. You hold a master's degree in engineering or business. Relevant expertise in innovation, technology, service development, and digital transformation is a significant plus. Besides common project management capabilities including communication and leadership skills, the right candidate for this position has:

• Experience with forging strategic partnerships that fuel innovation and service offerings
• A customer-centric mindset based on cross-functional collaboration and co-creation
• A proven track-record of delivering projects with a positive Net Present Value (NPV)
