If you want to work with operational HSE, you might be our next colleague.

With our interdisciplinary environment, you can easily offer your knowledge and challenge what can be done within facilities, offshore/onshore projects, and infrastructure – and we are eager to get your inputs.

We have gathered many of our talented experts from various disciplines in large teams, where it has become a completely natural part of everyday life to explore new ideas together. So, there is an opportunity for you to contribute with your experience within HSE and ensure that your colleagues get the necessary knowledge and help to create a high focus on safety in our projects.” says Lesley Møller – Head of QHSE
We are looking for skilled Operational HSE Managers/Specialists.
Right now, we are looking for several sharp Operational HSE Managers/Specialists to become part of our QHSE team, where we cover all the classic engineering disciplines within onshore/offshore development and facilities. We advise throughout the process, from planning and detailed design, supervision and construction management to operation and maintenance, and offer our customers the right skills and expertise for every project.

We have offices throughout the country, but since our projects are mostly based in Zealand, it would be an advantage if you are located here yourself, but no matter where you choose to work, you are guaranteed a day with lots of collaboration and exchange of ideas. At all locations, we have gathered our architects, engineers, designers, and many other clever minds in interdisciplinary teams.

Your work tasks:
As an Operational HSE Managers/Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of HSE plans, RAMS, toolbox talks, safety walks, incident recording/management and emergency plans – all combined with the above development and implementation of a strong safety culture as well as the handling and investigation of incidents and accidents.
  • Development of the operational HSE management system/organization.
  • Development of site HSE and act as HSE Site responsible.
  • Awareness campaigns.
  • Implementation of HSE standards, processes, and tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with various HSE standards, processes, and tools with required monitoring.
  • Responsibility for internal and external project HSE reporting.
  • HSE training on the projects you are involved in.
  • Ensure relevant training in the organization/department and providing advice on health and safety issues.
  • Contribute to our projects and make sure they live up to our vision – that all people should come safely home from work every day.
  • Fulfilling the role of working environment coordinator in both the planning and design phases as well as in the execution phase of construction projects.

About you:
You have sharp communication- and cooperation skills, which you know how to use with customers, business partners and colleagues. You find joy in working in an environment where there is pace and lots of changing tasks – but where we look after each other and our well-deserved free time. In addition, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience with working environment coordination within construction and preferably experience with wind projects.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in ensuring the client’s obligations in relation to supervision and coordination of safety and health during execution, as well as the duties and responsibilities of the planners and consultants.
  • Have ISO 45001 (and preferably 14001) Lead Auditor training and experience.
  • Have the statutory working environment coordinator training.
  • Have strong communication skills and can learn from you.
