Web Developer Product · Sweden, Malmö (HQ)

We are now looking for an experienced web developer to join one of the existing product teams in our Product department.
Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, each with full ownership of one of our core products. The team is composed of a dedicated Product Manager, Product Designer, Tech Lead and Developers, all co-located in our office in Malmö, and fully empowered to discover the most valuable opportunities for our customers and business and deliver solutions for them.

About the role
As a developer at PinMeTo you will participate in the full product life cycle of continuously improving our platform based on our customers' needs. You will join a team where everyone works together towards a shared goal, where outcomes are more important than outputs, and where daily face-to-face collaboration is the default way of working.

Some of the things you will spend your time on include:

• Working on our web applications using Elm, our language of choice for frontend development
• Developing backend services and APIs using Node.js with MongoDB and Neo4j
• Collaborating with the other developers, designer and product manager in your team, working together on solving the most valuable opportunities for our users needs
• Contributing to cross-team initiatives and improvements, such as our shared design system and cloud infrastructure platform
  

We believe that you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience building user facing web applications
• Enjoy writing both frontend and backend code, and are used to working with code reviews, pair programming, automated developer tests, and other ways to ensure high quality in a continuous delivery environment
• Probably don’t know Elm yet (?), but you are intrigued about learning this functional language and combining it with your previous experience to create highly reliable web applications (don’t worry about it, Elm was new to everyone starting here and you will have all the support and time needed to learn it)
• Love having your colleagues around you and interacting directly with both team members and people in other departments
• Are comfortable communicating in English and looking forward to joining a culturally diverse company (in Product alone we have 12 nationalities)
