The product team Identity and Access Management provides a centralized platform for identities, access control, authorization, roles, and governance for all types of identities.

We are provisioning identities, access, authorization, and roles in an automated way, and we believe in self-service.

On top of all this we want the identity to become a robust security perimeter, believing in a Zero Trust model.

The LEGO Group does not offer relocation support for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • We design, built, and implement API’s around our Identity Governance platform.
  • We constantly think, how can we improve and automate our solutions.
  • We design and build solutions for self-service.
  • We will handle support at 3rd level.
  • Ensure in a constantly evolving world, that improvements are made to stay secure.

Identity and Access Management is a phenomenal team that is always on the cutting edge, enabling new technology that makes it as easy as possible for our colleagues to be productive. You will be in a team that has the full stack responsibility, including subject areas like adaptive multifactor authentication, password-less sign-in, privileged account management, roles, compliance, and governance.

The team is experienced, but also quite new (read fast growing), and based in the brand-new LEGO Campus headquarters in Billund. The work environment is inclusive, energizing, autonomous, flexible, and we like to have fun along the way!

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a senior profile as preferred candidates with several years' experience working with Identity Governance within an enterprise environment.

  • Solid understanding and experience with Identity Governance platforms on top of Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID are preferred preference, but we also see value in knowing other supporting identity platforms like Identity Server, Okta, Auth0 etc.
  • Solid understanding of Identity lifecycle workflows, SCIM or other protocols.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, transforming into roles within digital enterprise platforms.
  • Solid understanding of using policy frameworks for access control, like OPA.
  • Experience in agile development and promotes the adoption of agile methodologies to secure dedicated attitude is expected.
  • You are motivated by constantly learning new skills and improving your current ones. We will encourage your learning path and give you the time to do so.

To succeed in this role, you preferably have competences within the following:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related experience.
  • Involved in at least two project cycles in identity management and access management implementation/redesign.
  • Practical experience with software development and API consumption is advantageous.
  • Proficient in modern authentication methods.
  • Dare to speak up and learn from the failures.
