About the role
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our global Quality and Knowledge Management department, where you’ll be responsible for developing our change management toolbox, securing, and implementing adequate change management focus on internal strategic projects (e.g., implementation of new IT systems, culture and awareness projects, process improvement initiatives, capability building), ensuring a strong people and behavioral emphasis to support adoption and successful implementation.

Your role will be key in collaborating across the global organisation, where you’ll apply a holistic approach, determining required activities for specific projects, and through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders, structuring and planning these activities to ensure that they are actioned.

How you might spend your days
As a Change Management Consultant, you’ll be:

  • Developing and executing change strategies that steer internal development projects towards success.
  • Designing and delivering change management activities such as communication packages, concept visualisations, training sessions and user engagement activities.
  • Assessing and prioritising stakeholder management activities, including analysing impact and gaps.
  • Coordinating detailed change impact assessments.
  • Co-creating with others to build ownership and establish a culture and values that are aligned with the company.
  • Supporting measurement of adoption and benefit realisation.
  • Building our organisational capabilities to effectively manage and implement changes by developing and continuously improving our in-house change management toolbox.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Possess a degree in a relevant field e.g., Communication, Change Management or related.
  • +3 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record in project and stakeholder management, as well as in crafting and executing training and development programs at both strategic and operational levels within an international organization.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and practical application of change management principles.
  • Experience with developing visualisations for learning material as well as familiarity with integrating behavioral design into solution development is considered advantageous.
