Within Vestas Power Solutions, Product Solutions & Integration is responsible for defining and delivering the most innovative product offerings, and our Offshore Products team, which you will be a key part of, develops Vestas' latest generations of offshore turbines. Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio plan and budget to secure the right balance between risk, timeline, project budget, and resources
• Develop and maintain offshore product release plan and monitor and control ongoing offshore product program activities
• Report to management on offshore product portfolio performance on budget, risk, quality, and delivery, including progress on key milestones and project change requests
• Ambassador and role model for project management best practices, culture, and behavior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Documented experience with portfolio management or project management of large, complex projects in a global project organizations
• 8+ years of project management experience in large, complex project organizations
• Formal project management training and certification (e.g. IPMA Level B or A, Prince2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (MPM))
• Experience in the wind energy industry is desirable but not a must
