As the Strategic Service Operations Partner, you'll act as a principal advisor across a spectrum of topics, fostering collaboration among various functions and closely aligning with the Service Operations Director in EMEA.

Your expertise in leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in driving the successful implementation of new initiatives within the EMEA service operations team.

Join our global company and be part of the EMEA Service leadership team, collaborating with peers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

  • Act as a sounding board on different topics, collaborating with the Service Operations Director.
  • Leading the service operations support team that consists of our fantastic team of 5 support operations specialist lead by a service operations manager who are responsible for ensuring Coating Advisors are allocated to projects within EMEA, and coordinating safety audits.
  • Deploy and follow strategy-2-action plans for service operations and drive implementation of Global initiatives from Service excellence and other areas to the EMEA organization.
  • Monthly follow-up on WIGS for EMEA (Wildly Important Goals)
  • Provide financial overviews in collaboration with Service Operations Director, EMEA.
  • Capable of running short-term small to mid-size projects. Coordinate on bigger strategic onsite projects from the office on top-tier service product.

What do you need to be successful in this role?:
We seek a candidate with a strong commercial acumen and proven leadership experience decision-making skills.

  • Customer-centric with technical savvy and enjoy working across a wide variety of European and Global cultures
  • Min 3 years experience in services, R&D, sales with proven results - preferably in the Coating industry.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills and excellent business-level proficiency in English.
  • Proven project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms and applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
