Project Coordinator - Retrofit Project Execution for Marine Decarbonization Solutions

You will play an important role in: We are looking for a Project Coordinator with background in supply chain and logistics and good knowledge in SAP. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks as part of our order handling team. The Order Handling team is responsible for inbound and outbound logistics for pumping skids & Dual Fuel Conversion Projects:

• You will be part of the project groups, being the single point of contact for contractual and logistic related matters
• You will be responsible for order creation & invoicing based on contractual input
• You will be responsible for part logistics to the assembly workshop & and the customer
• You will support the warranty team in claim solving
• You will actively work on process and tool improvements in the area of order handling to gain transparency in the projects

We imagine that you: We are not necessarily expecting many years of experience although some experience in SAP is a prerequisite. Your understanding of the importance of planning and timely execution of tasks is more important than your educational background. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is structured and self-driven and enjoys being part of bigger project teams.

• You are an experienced SAP user
• You have great communication skills
• You are result-oriented and are able to comply with quality standards
• You are capable of identifying risks and actively propose solutions to the project team
• It is beneficial that you have previous experience in logistics and supply chain and are data driven

Welcome to the Project Execution Order Handling Team You will be part of our fast growing Project Execution team located in Copenhagen. The team is responsible for executing marine engine fuel conversion projects and pumping skids from contract signing through design, supervising the assembly works, test and commissioning and finally system delivery to customer and claims handling. As face to the customer, the department takes great pride in being the link from the market to the whole company and seeing projects being accomplished.

As part of the Order Handling Team, you will be reporting to the Department Manager in Project Execution. The team in total is currently counting approx. 22 staff, having undergone significant growth during the last 5 years, which is set to continue with the growing focus on decarbonizing shipping. This role as a Project Coordinator offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project planning and execution, and contributes to our ambitious decarbonization targets.
