Return Coordinator - German Business Operations

Abacus Medicine is seeking a German speaking professional to join our team as a Return Coordinator. The ideal candidate will bring valuable experience in customer service.

Your Responsibilities as a Return Coordinator:
In this dynamic role, you will primarily be responsible for engaging with our customers, including pharmacies and wholesalers, regarding returns and complaints. Your daily duties will encompass planning the transport of returned or claimed goods, both to our warehouse and our factory in Hungary. Additionally, you will closely manage the registration of complaints and maintain direct communication with our factory and quality control department. Collaboration with various departments in Germany, Denmark, and Hungary will be a crucial part of your daily workflow.

Other administrative tasks include:

• Monitoring complaint status.
• Verifying transport and damaged goods status with close contact to the warehouse.
• Conducting weekly analysis of claim reasons, etc.

Are You the Right Candidate?
To thrive in this role, you should enjoy teamwork and possess excellent organizational skills. As a central point of contact for our German customers, natural and professional communication in German is essential. While Danish is not mandatory, it is considered a plus. In summary, we expect you to:

• Be fluent in German and have excellent English skills.
• Have solid experience with the Office suite of programs and a general flair for IT.
• Bring experience within customer service and, preferably, have conflict resolution training.

Note: Danish language skills are a plus but not mandatory for this role.
