Join our dynamic team as a Pricing Specialist and play a vital role in shaping the pricing strategies for Electrification Smart Buildings & Smart Power at ABB Electrification Sweden. Your mission? To drive profitability and market dominance while guaranteeing top-notch customer satisfaction. Working closely with our Pricing Manager, you'll leverage both global and local pricing frameworks to achieve tangible, impactful outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Enhance our profitability by implementing a sophisticated pricing structure that aligns with our business goals and market dynamics.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop streamlined pricing processes that ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our pricing strategies.
• Offer valuable data insights to guide the development of localized pricing policies, ultimately boosting sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing us to refine our pricing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
• Play a key role in developing innovative tools and resources to support our local sales team, enabling them to optimize their performance and drive revenue growth.
• Take charge of measuring and reporting on the performance of our pricing strategies, providing valuable insights and empowering our local management to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with our global partners to support and manage pricing agreements, ensuring that our local market remains competitive and aligned with global standards.

Your background

• You have experience in business, finance, or related fields.
• You have previous experience in a similar role.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify growth opportunities in different scenarios.
• You can develop strategies that increase profitability by understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, seamlessly working with teams to achieve common goals.
• You take ownership of projects, driving them forward independently while surpassing targets and deadlines.
• You demonstrate enthusiasm for pricing and business strategy, ready to tackle new challenges and drive innovation.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, with proficiency in SAP, Excel and Power BI.
