Communication and employer branding specialist

Your responsibilities
The role will fully support Aeven Czech Republic internal & external communication activities and digital presence. You will be responsible for improvement and/or implementation of communication activities including but not limited to internal monthly newsletters, communication on intranet towards employees, digital & social media initiatives, global and local events’ support and coordinating employer branding activities.

Your qualifications and experience

• Fluent English, both spoken and written, Czech language is an advantage but not a must
• Passion for communication & internal marketing
• Experience or passion for Employer Branding is a plus
• Good editorial skills
• Ability to work with graphical tools
• Creativity and out-of-box thinking
• Can-do attitude
• Ability identify improvement areas, enforce changes and manage implementation
