As Manufacturing Engineer you’ll be responsible for the developing in the AQT and TCM analyzer production, with daily support, handling quality issues and continuing improvements and problem solving. This position is part of the AQT and TCM manufacturing value streams located in Brønshøj and will be a position with focus on on-site activities. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Production Support Team and report to the Senior Value Stream Manager and be responsible for driving the focus on quality to increase production capacity that meet the growth, by improving flow and lead time in production. If you thrive in a multifunctional role that interacts with all internal stakeholders influencing the team's objectives, such as Engineering, Immunoassay R&D and Quality departments, and want to work to build a world-class manufacturing organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Facilitate daily quality monitoring and initiate quality improving initiatives.
  • Ensure new product introduction that supports Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.
  • Handling of deviations in the production (NCR).
  • Systematic problem solving of e.g., quality problems and production stops.
  • Drive and participate in LEAN activities and projects to improve equipment and processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • MSc or BSc in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, Production or similar education in a technical or scientific field
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Strong skills and interest in problem-solving.
  • Willingness to be part of – and drive – change management initiatives.
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Danish and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a GMP environment from working in the medico/pharma industry.
  • Desires and motivation to work in a LEAN culture.
