The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced project manager in Denmark, to help us manage the delivery of software development projects across our client portfolio. Our projects currently range from integrated e-commerce solutions, portals, websites, application development to cloud solutions. We are currently transforming the organization, to enable delivery of projects and product development, within areas such as Data, AI, IoT and Digital Transformation.

We expect that you are flexible, able to understand the client’s needs and have solid experience delivering digital projects, working closely with agile teams and clients and have a proactive approach to your tasks. You will be working together with a team of tech, strategy and design people from the Kraftvaerk offices and teams.

The position as Experienced Project manager is a full-time position with numerous possibilities for growing internally and globally. This is the right role for you, if you naturally take full ownership of your projects and are passionate about delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, quality and time to clients
• Be a strong servant-leader to your Project Teams and support remote teams across different geographical locations
• Mentor junior team members in the best practice methodologies
• Use Azure DevOps and/or similar tools, and support your team in utilizing these optimally
• Drive excellence in Agile methodologies, project planning and delivery, progressing the use of the Kraftvaerk project model and agile ceremonies
• Manage project budgets and finance processes according to guidelines
• Improve project deliveries using project retrospectives and knowledge sharing
• Advise clients within project delivery methodologies, design thinking, product ownership, digital transformation, and other related fields
• Create strong partnerships with clients and build trust through transparency and collaboration
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a strong and close collaboration
• Identify and nurture business opportunities within current and future client ventures
• Participate in sales activities through participation in quote writing, estimation and presentations
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and escalate to management as needed
• Report project status, ensuring a clear reflection of true project state

Requirements:

• A relevant work and educational background within project management, software development, digital marketing, or the digital solutions space
• Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in Danish and English (additional Nordic languages are an advantage)
• Experience with digital platforms, Content Management Systems and tools
• One or more known PM certificates like PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe etc.
• Solid organizational skills, including exquisite attention to detail
• Resourceful, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• A good facilitator of meetings and workshops
• Basic understanding of software engineering practices and Experience design
• Comfortable handling multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of tackling difficult situations and handling blockers, with a pragmatic and empathic approach
