Student Assistants in the field of Energy Efficient Edge Computing for Robotics
The Software Engineering Section at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute, University of Southern Denmark, is recruiting student assistants to work on a project to establish edge-cloud compute offloading methodologies for energy-efficient robotics applications.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the edge cluster,
- Research and development of computing offloading AI methods,
- Establish data infrastructures,
- Perform evaluations,
- Write reports.
Competences and Skills:
- Experience in Cloud computing, edge computing, software architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Good collaboration capabilities.

The employment starts on June 1st, 2024.

Employment takes place in accordance with an agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the National Association of Student Teachers.
