At Pharmacosmos we are currently expanding our Global Marketing & Communication team with an exciting new position as Brand Manager. The opportunity
In this position, you will have a varied job with many different responsibilities varying from hands-on task to brand planning and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to be introduced to a pharmaceutical company and its many different functions.

Pharmacosmos is a fast-growing company hence this position will grow and change along the way. The Global Marketing and Communications team supports both our Pharmaceutical Business as well as our Animal Health Business, and in this role, you will have responsibilities within both business units.

The responsibilities of the Brand manager are centered around the following

• Event and scientific congress planning
• On-site execution – incl hospitality management
• Lead on the planning and execution of global training on-site program.
• Event content creation – incl slide production.
• Market research project management
• Partner meeting lead
• Global team meeting lead
• Brand management – agency coordination, content development, website maintenance, partner newsletter, webinars, etc.

The team
Our Global Marketing & Communications team consist of 6 highly skilled people all located at our headquarters in Holbæk. We work very close with our marketing colleagues around the world, and in this position, you will have the opportunity to work with our global affiliates as well. Besides our own department we have a very strong collaboration with our colleagues in the rest of the pharmaceutical team as well as all other functions at our HQ. We have a very informal tone and enjoy having fun together in the team.

What you bring to the team
The ideal candidate for this position will, among other qualifications, bring the following to the team:

• Exhibits a high degree of drive and entrepreneurship, with strong sense of end-to-end ownership.
• Open mindset and can-do attitude with a mindset where no task are too small or too big
• Be digital native, technical savvy and curious.
• Handle complex processes with many stakeholders and needs.
• Work independently and readily take on responsibility.
• Structured approach with sense for getting the details right.

Qualifications for the role

• Marketing background with a degree within marketing management (AP graduate or relevant bachelor degree).
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a corporate Marketing or from relevant student positions within marketing or communications.
• Speak and write fluent English.
