We are seeking a talented People & Organisation Solutions Development Professional to join our Global Digital Development unit in People & Organisation at Novo Nordisk. The position
The P&O Solutions Development Professional will be part of an agile team responsible for developing solutions and improvements on our ServiceNow HR portal which is utilised by Novo Nordisk employees globally.
The role must address geographic considerations to ensure the solution is effective across different regions and cultures.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Represent P&O perspectives and needs during improvements and innovation of the ServiceNow HR solution, ensuring it serves as a seamless point of entry for Novo Nordisk employees.
  • Run specific projects/features prioritised by the Product Owner and in collaboration with ServiceNow architects and IT developers throughout all phases of analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance of the solution.
  • Provide expertise in the best use of ServiceNow HR and support other teams and units in utilizing the solution effectively.
  • Support the Product Owner in preparing project presentations related to new features, including value creation, business case, and impact/effort assessment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow HR solution by identifying and recommending enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and you will be part of a team of 13+ highly professional colleagues, working closely in agile teams.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in P&O/HR or IT with a focus on development of solutions supporting self-service in larger organizations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR solutions/ServiceNow HR to meet business needs.
  • Experience from global organizations and being used to navigating complex decision making, process variation and needs are a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with core HR processes like recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and organisation development are an advantage but not a requirement for the role.

As a person, you have strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills, with a clear focus on solving problems with creativity. You have the ability to manage stakeholders in a larger organization and great communication skills will be required. The ability to manage change and adapt fast to it is crucial to succeed in this position.

About the Department
The job is in Global P&O Digital Development & Analytics, in the askHR Digital Solutions unit, where we operate and develop the ServiceNow HR portal to support employees across Novo Nordisk, performing their HR related tasks.

You will be part of a global, agile team of HR- and IT professionals driving the development and maintenance of the HR portal. We collaborate closely and encourage quality mindset and proactivity.
