The Position
Are you passionate about supply chain planning and optimization?

If yes, you might be the Global Master Planner we are looking for. As a Global Master Planner, you will be responsible for API end-to-end master planning (on a SKU level) to ensure the detailed planning and execution on an operational/tactical horizon:

• You will ensure that supply chain parameters are maintained effectively to (1) optimize the global master planning for API and (2) drive alignment with stakeholders across the network – both internal and external.
• You will identify imbalances between supply and demand while ensuring adherence to inventory targets.
• You will validate and update planning prioritizations in accordance with regulatory approvals.
• You will drive and maintain supply chain related KPI reporting for API on an operational horizon.

You will work closely together with S&OP Planners and S&OP Partners in developing scenarios and recommendations to avoid or resolve potential constraints or imbalances to secure a stable supply of API for all Novo Nordisk Injectable Diabetes and Obesity products.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, we expect that you:

• Should have a master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Finance, or a similar field, with relevant work experience at a large company, preferably within life science.
• You must have hands-on experience in tactical planning and a sharp eye for details. Your strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with your system mindset, will make you a perfect fit.
• System experience with advanced planning systems such as OMP, APO or alike is considered an advantage.

About the department
In a dynamic and fast paced environment, our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team is committed to becoming a trusted supply chain business partner. With reliable data and transparent scenario planning, we are ensuring that our end-to-end supply chain is resilient and optimized for our customers. S&OP is part of Mid-Term planning and consist of two teams with S&OP partners and S&OP Planners – in total 20 highly skilled people balancing the total Novo Nordisk network within the tactical horizon (up to 3 years).
