As a Logistics Manager, you will have an important part in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products throughout our supply chain. In a collaborative environment,
you will be a part of a cross-functional team that ensures effective project outcomes in the area of warehouse development and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient and effective management of logistic processes, ensuring the timely takeover of goods and raw materials.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and implement corrective actions to enhance overall performance.
- Proactively analyze potential issues and develop strategies to address them promptly.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of warehousing principles to enhance storage and distribution capabilities.
- Implement best practices to maximize warehouse efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and distributors to ensure clear communication and coordination in the logistics chain.
- Develop positive relationships to promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
To be effective in this role, you need to have a people-oriented mindset with a focus on a problem-solving approach.
We are looking for a person who already gained experience in a managerial role within logistics/warehouse and can see processes and interactions from a helicopter view.
Your CV also includes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics field.
- In-depth knowledge of warehousing principles and practices.
- Practical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- ERP system knowledge – the experience of working with SAP is a merit
- Project Management experience
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- English at least B2
- Polish – native
- Labor law base knowledge
- Consultancy background in logistic/warehouse area will be a merit
