Welcome to Digital & Customer Excellence Management
Based at our HQ in Bjerringbro, you will become part of the Digital & Customer Excellence Management team. Here, you will lead the Commercial Excellence team consisting of 16 people responsible for our sales supporting platforms, tools and processes used by our more than 5,000 sales colleagues across 60 countries.

Your team consists of highly skilled consultants and project managers driving and developing the changes required to stay at the forefront of sales development.

Drive commercial excellence across internal and field sales platforms
Heading the team, you will focus on team development and strengthening capabilities, kindling curiosity, and continued motivation. You will also prioritize tasks and help the team’s efforts succeed, acting as the catalyst for change and actively working to embed a more customer centricity mindset throughout our organization.

Working closely with your team, you will be globally responsible for all processes, tools and platforms related to sales excellence and internal sales. Initially, you will spend the majority of your time on our extensive transformational project within internal sales: differentiating our customer approach to better suit different customer segments and needs as well as preparing our internal sales platform to support this agenda.

All in all, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Commercial Excellence team
  • Leading global projects to design and roll out required tools and processes for internal sales as well as field sales
  • Ownership of several Group and cross Divisions business processes (Group BPO’s)
  • Ensuring successful implementation of tools and processes in close collaboration with global, regional and local sales management and driving successful change management throughout the organization
  • Participating in internal fora around data and CRM steering committees, collaborating closely across functions, e.g. with IT

You will bring sales and management experience and an interest in tools and processes
The key to your success is your ability to influence and lead not only your team but also key stakeholders. You know how to communicate at all levels of an organization and are known for your aptitude for setting a clear direction and inspiring others to follow. Your people management skills have already been finely tuned, and you know how to develop other leaders and specialist. Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have solid experience with internal and external sales
  • Appreciate the importance and are ready to assume full ownership of sales platforms, tools and processes, setting the direction for Grundfos within Customer Excellence
  • Have experience in developing, managing and implementing programmes/projects and driving successful change management, preferably in a global business setting
  • Have experience from working in an international cross functional matrix organization
  • Are fluent in English in both speech and writing
