Influencer Campaign Specialist

As a member of Trendhim's Influencer Team, you'll refer to our Social Marketing Manager. You'll spend your day executing exciting and attention-grabbing campaigns.

What you'll be doing
We intend to become the world's go-to destination for men's accessories, and a part of that journey relies on our presence in the influencer space. With your help, we'll take our influencer marketing activities to new heights and scale even faster.

You can expect to work with influencers across our 28 markets and take on enormous responsibility as you'll be in charge of your campaigns and projects. You will also have the opportunity to become a team lead for our remote freelance team of 12 talented influencer campaign managers.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Craft and drive Trendhim’s influencer marketing strategy in different markets, pinpointing top influencers in fashion and men’s accessories.
• Launch and manage influencer campaigns to boost user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Foster long-term relationships with influencers and internal teams, overseeing partnerships that resonate with our brand and tweaking products for influencer initiatives.
• Help improve our report and metrics, tracking and reporting the impact of influencer efforts on key performance indicators, and optimising strategies based on data insights.
• Partner with the Social Marketing Manager to source and lead influencer marketing activities in different markets, guiding its growth and strategy at Trendhim

Who you are

• Naturally drawn to influencer marketing with aspirations to lead a team.
• Excellent communicator, adept at managing major influencer campaigns; prior experience is a plus.
• Education in marketing or communications is valuable, but passion, experience, and drive in influencer marketing weigh more.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals; exceptionally well-organised with a talent for multitasking.
