With direct reference to the Product Owner & People Lead, you will be part of our Business Solutions team in Group IT. You will be working alongside 30 dedicated colleagues with competencies spanning over system support and administration, project management, development, integration, and architecture. We are on an exciting journey to harvest the benefits of our companywide ERP platform, which we have recently implemented. Our focus is working towards standardization and harmonization so we can support the future growth of the organization. ERP Specialist with business acumen and technical flair
As our ERP Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that the continued ERP development support the business optimally. This gives you the opportunity to have a great impact on the future ERP processes in Kamstrup globally, as we increase coherence and simplicity across the application landscape. We see ourselves as business enablers, and you will specialize towards Finance and Supply Chain by owning the solution process from initial dialogue, identification of scope of needs, design, and deliver the final solutions.

More specifically, some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Scoping, implementing, and testing ERP solutions (IFS Applications 10) in close collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain and other areas
• Designing solutions in collaboration with business subject experts and application architects and enterprise architects
• Developing high quality business-enabling solutions
• Responding to system alerts and incidents to ensure smooth operation of systems

Personality matters
There are many entry points into this role, and whether you have a technical background, education in Supply Chain Management or Finance, most importantly you have combined your education with relevant experience with IT business applications. You have technical flair, and a good understanding of ERP domains such as supply chain processes (planning, manufacturing, procurement, transportation management, etc.) and in financial processes (budgeting, costing, reporting, etc.). Furthermore, you have experience with ERP solutions such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics 365 FO and a basic understanding of SQL/PLSQL or other programming languages.

As a person, you can merge your technical and functional capabilities to establish yourself as a trusted business partner, and you thrive in the field between IT and business. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive and you possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate and collaborate in a global matrix organization. In addition, you are structured and driven by delivering results that bring value to the business. Furthermore, you are eager to have a highly diverse work life where no days are the same.

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English at a high level – both orally and written.
