AI is rapidly changing how complex raw data is turned into useful information, and information is what fuels the military intelligence process. For us, utilizing advanced algorithms on text, images, audio, video, and real-time geo-positional data gives our customers an advantage on the battlefield. This is what saves lives and helps win the battle.

SitaWare Insight is a decision support tool that uses AI to convert data into invaluable military intelligence. This involves transforming data into information, providing commanders with advanced data capture and analysis capabilities, and leveraging technologies such as machine learning.

The team
You will become part of a Scrum team of 11 highly skilled and competent colleagues in Denmark. From day one, you will be met with a collaborative and dynamic environment where you can develop your competencies.

Our mission for the team is to advance toward an operational AI platform. Currently, we service AI models such as LLM for text and audio, the latest deep learning models for images and videos and custom models for time series. Still, we aspire to elevate these models to the next level of maturity through improved generalization, scalability, and efficiency of our platform.

Experienced Data Scientist
We are looking for an experienced data scientist to work on a broad spectrum of data science tasks, including model development and model deployment. We expect that you are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and that you bring:

• Proven product development experience as a Data Scientist with knowledge and experience with LLM and NLP methods
• Minimum of a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science).
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing machine learning models
• Strong programming skills in Python and popular ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, Tensorflow
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Computer science skills supporting the overall development of the data science service
• Solid understanding of data handling, model evaluation, visualization of data-driven solutions and development of best-practices
• Appreciate teamwork and sparring with colleagues
• Great communication skills
• Proficient in English
