Accenture's Industry Strategy team is now seeking for a Manager and Senior Manager with a solid background in Strategy Consulting and the Industrial industry segment. You will be a member of our Nordic Industry Strategy Leadership team and a key contributor for the growth of our business and community.

You will be based in the Nordics, but closely connected with our European Industrial practice and Accenture’s global expert network. Within the Nordic team, you will take on the role of a trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping strategy and drive transformation where business and technology converge.

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Industrial Strategy, you will have an active role in innovation processes and developing thought leadership and point of views on disruptive topics shaping the industry. You will work on a broad range of topics, such as growth initiatives, Reinvention with AI & Gen AI and organisational transformations.

Your mission will revolve around tackling intricate challenges, and your expertise will enable you to craft compelling visions while considering the complexities of the industry.

You will lead with insights to co-create and implement technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions that unlock value and drive growth for clients. You have the ambition to continuously develop your industry knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so. We are in search of a dynamic, ambitious, and forward-thinking leader who will illustrate the broader and a deep knowledge base.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• You have 6+ (role depending 8+) years of experience in strategy & management consulting and on top of that, preferably several years of relevant industrial strategy experience
• You have a commercial orientation and understanding, also the ability to build and maintain business network, while identifying new opportunities for our clients
• You have a keen interest in how technology and data can unlock business value
• You have an established Industrial network in the Nordics
• You have worked with industrial/technology companies in their core business strategy e.g. equipment, projects or service
• You are driven and entrepreneurial: You enjoy a challenge, you are determined, optimistic and you have a proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results
• Proven leadership skills and experience of leading and developing strategy teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Swedish/Danish)
• Master’s degree from a relevant business field i.e., Economics/ Supply Chain/ Business&Management/ Information Technology/ Engineering

The positions are based in Copenhagen or Stockholm, we are also open to discuss other strategic location on a case by case basis.
