On behalf of Boyum IT Solutions we seek a talented and enthusiastic Development Manager to lead their team in Copenhagen.

You have a proven record of continuously evolving, evaluating, and experimenting with new technologies to ensure their business and the solutions are up to date. You will work from the office in Copenhagen.

the job
You will manage the Intelligent Document Processing team, a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, and product designers. The team uses agile methodologies to deliver and improve their cloud applications.

The cloud products continuously evolve, and you will also be evaluating and experimenting with new technologies to serve our customers better.

key responsibilities:
- Delivery Management: Lead and manage development projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication across teams, both locally in Copenhagen and with other development offices within Boyum IT.
- Team Culture: Promote a healthy and positive work environment, ensuring a strong company culture and employee engagement in the Copenhagen office.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and offices to facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- ML / AI: Spar with the ML / AI Team to ensure we use the right tools for the jobs and establish how we measure success.

qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience in delivery management or technical leadership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and directions.
- Empathic with a positive energy that motivates and inspires team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and offices.

Competencies and Traits:
- Strong Positive Energy: A proactive and enthusiastic approach towards work and team engagement.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and leadership skills focusing on achieving project goals.
- ML / AI: Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in our products and software development in general.
