The position
As the Associate Manager for our Warehouse Support and Procurement team anchored in Business Support, you will lead a team of 9 people in Gentofte. You will be part of a leadership team in Warehouse Operations that consist of 2 other Associate Managers and a Senior Manager. You will have the opportunity to establish, serve and lead your team into an exciting future of Warehouse 4.0. You will be responsible for developing essential skills in your team to tackle any business challenge that comes your way. This also includes recruiting talents, onboarding new team members, providing comprehensive training, and building a high-performing team that's ready to take on our future opportunities and challenges in our production in Gentofte.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Ensure compliance with GMP

· Support warehouse operations with projects, continuous improvement and securing stable delivery of high-quality products in a very regulated production environment

· Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring high level of support.

· Coaching your team and developing new solutions to enhance performance.

· Driving and role model lean mindset

The team members are primarily situated locally near our stakeholders to understand what adds value and makes a difference, so you will spend most of your time on the shop floor, leading and coaching your team.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, the most important qualification is your passion for people and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance. Moreover, you have:

· A BSc or MSc related to Life Science or Engineering.

· Have 2-3 years of a leadership experience preferably within production or QA.

· Have experience with GMP, competence development and LEAN.

· Professional proficiency in English and Danish.

Solid experience in change management, as well as excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential to this position as well.

About the department
You will be a part of our Warehouse department in Business Support. Business Support is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Aseptic production in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Planning & Capacity and Training & Onboarding.

In the department we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward.
