About the job
The main purpose of this position is to act as final line of support for technical queries and claims for our Master channels, Key partner and Sales Companies across the globe.
Key tasks:
- Trouble shooting of the technical issues raised by our customers via online or onsite.
- Sizing & Configuration of engineered products using different configuration tools.
- Building Network within the team and other departments such as R&D, Production and Product Management which is essential to support Global customers.
What you know
To succeed in this position, you:
- Could have a background as Dairy Technician, Marine Engineer or possess technical understanding of equipments like Pumps & Valves used in food, pharma, personal & home care industry which is a pre-requisite.
- Have good communication skills in English which is a pre-requisite and required to communicate with Global channels and sales companies.
- Previous experience in supporting customers at global level is preferred.
- Commissioning or Installation, or designing or maintenance of food, Dairy, Juice & Personal care, or pharma process plant will be preferred highly.
