A tactical and strong leader with excellent communication- and stakeholder management skills
As part of our dedicated team, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge IT solutions alongside a talented group of developers, architects, Scrum Masters, and business analysts. With your strategic vision and tactical prowess, you'll lead the charge in turning concepts into reality, all while ensuring alignment with our overarching IT strategy. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our global IT management team, fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement.

But that's not all! As a visible leader within our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in stakeholder management, building strong relationships both internally and externally. With your exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence, you'll inspire trust and buy-in, driving positive change and propelling our business forward.

Furthermore, you will:

• Ensure our organization follows standards and principles and develops these together with peers in IT management.
• Together with the 3 other Development managers (1 in Athens, 1 in Aarhus and 1 in Middelfart) and the Director of Product Development continuously raise the bar on how we develop solutions.
• Communicate closely with the rest of the management team, ensuring that the status, risk and challenges of our development activities are known in IT and among business stakeholders.
• Being an ambassador of IT, you build strong relationships and continuously have close dialogues with the business stakeholders.

Focus on the leadership and product development – we’ll take care of the rest
We are an agile and product-centric organisation, and our leadership responsibility is divided into five areas: Architecture & Intelligence, Portfolio, Product Delivery, Technology and Cyber Security. We strongly believe this will drive our business and ensuring IT and Business collaboration, help us embrace opportunities and enable the areas to focus on what they do best, with separation of duties and owning the area. This enables you, to fully dedicate your time to leadership and management of the team in close collaboration with a unified management team, all 5 Directors, the CIO and all managers with direct reports are forming a united management team.

You are a positive people leader who have broad knowledge of IT development and operations. You are used to being a visible leader for stakeholders both internally as well as externally and thrive in engaging in various governance forums, finding solutions, and driving things forward. In terms of your soft skills, you are ideally:

• Structured and analytical in your approach to change and development
• A strong stakeholder manager with high emotional intelligence and communication skills that induce trust and buy-in
• Team oriented in nature, and you enjoy collaborating across departments and borders and solving challenges together
