Technical Asset Manager

About the position
We are seeking a enthusiastic team member to join our team Operational Asset Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational performance of our PV projects, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and optimisation. From overseeing contractual obligations to driving technical excellence, you will play a critical role in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

The position allows flexibility depending on your experience, the title and compensation will follow to match this.

You will be part of a diverse team and reporting to Head of Operational Asset Management while working at our HQ in Hellerup, Denmark

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety and environmental regulations, both contractual and local requirements.
• Manage operational non-compliance performance, addressing significant failures promptly and effectively.
• Handle claim management insurance, warranties, and other contractual obligations.
• Oversee and manage guarantees and obligations under warranty and performance bonds, including those related to Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
• Optimise contractor setup and contractual arrangements across the project portfolio.
• Develop and manage internal processes to drive technical excellence and operational optimisations.
• Conduct technical design reviews and optimisations to enhance project performance.
• Perform on-site technical and commercial inspections at least once per 12 months per site.
• Screen and report on market trends and innovative solutions applicable to PV operations.
• Implement optimisation and correction measures as needed to improve project efficiency.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical operations management within the renewable energy sector, specifically in PV operations
• Understanding of legal, safety, and environmental regulations related to renewable energy projects.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective communications abilities to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Professional language capabilities like Spanish, Lithuanian, Swedish, German, Danish is an advantage.
