As a PMO, we expect you to take responsibility and find solutions. You will become an integral part of the company and have distinct responsibility as the PMO on one or more Projects in South Korea.

You will support initiatives including:

  • Establish and maintain detailed project plans (in Primavera) and carry out progress updates of activities and resource demands
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of milestones project package and contractor schedules
  • Communicating and reporting on progress, performance, and forecasting for the management team and shareholders
  • Facilitate scenario analysis and support Package Managers in concept selection and decision-making
  • Drive and optimize consistent risk and interface management in the project
  • Structure, compile, and maintain DEVEX and CAPEX budgets and assumptions for business case analysis
  • Facilitate benchmarking and optimization of the project processes and activities
  • Managing the continuous improvement of a document control system and promoting this within the project organization

To succeed in this role, you:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field from an accredited program
  • Seven or more years of work experience in a PMO, project controls, project management, project planning, or similar role, with a track record of success and outstanding performance; previous experience in the offshore wind or similar offshore industry, as well as experience in a corporate finance team or control account management schema, will be viewed as a strong advantage
  • PMI-PMP qualification or equivalent project management training as well as experience with the stage-gate model and structured project execution
  • Comprehensive skills in Primavera (P6), PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Excel. Power BI would also be a benefit as well as a document management system, PIMS, Aconnex, etc.
  • A structured and analytical approach and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills and a cooperative way of working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and communicate complex matters in a clear and concise manner
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle numerous tasks simultaneously without losing perspective
