Are you looking to build on your capabilities via day-to-day challenges and collaboration throughout the TAJCO organisation? Then become our new Sr. Finance Controller, in Denmark. As our new Sr. Financial Controller in the Vejle site of the TAJCO Group you will join an organisation with a global presence and lots of opportunities for development.
Main responsibilities:
- Key role Internal and external reporting
- Consolidation of the monthly report
- Tax and Transfer Pricing
- Group Accounting principles
- Financial Support to rest of the organisation
About You
You succeed because you are able to help us optimize processes and work procedures, thereby supporting a high-performing department.
To do so, you will need excellent collaboration skills and a true ability to build trust with assigned business areas and key stakeholders and outstanding Excel skills. What we are looking for is colleagues with a global mindset, who through a pro-active behaviour contributes to higher efficiency and better quality of financial reports and analysis. You have min. 5 years of experience from a Finance function and 5 years of practical experience from a similar role, preferably from an international accounting/controlling environment.
We expect you to help create a culture that inspires to collaboration, knowledge sharing and ultimately, you support the creation of a platform that can support us in creating value for our customers and as you do so, you will get to develop deep expertise and a thorough understanding of our international business. Thus, by ensuring high quality, stewardship and full compliance with our processes, you become a significant business enabler, who help adding value to cars and customers.
You hold a MSc or BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or Controlling, are able to travel and speak and write English and Danish effortlessly. You have experience with an enterprise-wide accounting software system, preferably Dynamics AX. Your analytical, pro-active and detail-oriented mindset enables you to embrace changes through your can-do attitude.
