We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Architect for our ambitious transition to the D365 CE and Power Platform family of products targeting marketing, call center and clinic business processes. As a Technical Architect for CE and PP you will have an important role in shaping the future of our retail business technology. You will be responsible for setting the direction and standards for the technical usage of D365 CE and PP in our future (target and interim) architecture landscapes.

Your role involves partnering with fellow architects, various development groups, and key contributors across the organization to build and maintain a robust and scalable technical infrastructure; empowering teams focused on products and projects to improve services for our customers and support the expansion of the business.

Join our team of Architects
You will join a team of Hearing Care Architects and developers and be an integral part of the Hearing Care IT Delivery organization. Your primary goal is to enhance the performance of the retail operation, leveraging your insights to promote effective collaboration and technical integration within the four Business Domains of Hearing Care. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Hearing Care Architecture & Platforms and work from our Demant headquarters in Smørum.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility will be:

• Define and implement the technical architecture foundation that enables the development and operation of the CE and PP based products in the marketing business domain.
• Define and implement integrations to interface D365 CE with other applications, using different methods of data exchange, such as Data Management Framework in D365, Azure APIs and Microservices, Dataverse, Datalake and Synapse workspaces.
• Design and implement solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA, Dataverse, Power Apps Component Framework, etc.) and supported customizations.
• Administer and manage the Power Platform suite (environments, deployment pipelines, life cycle management, governance policies, security roles, data loss prevention, etc.) using Work Azure Devops and PPAC (Power Platform Admin Center)

We need your experience
We are looking for a hands-on personality who believes that great achievements are based on team effort and collaboration. You are an enthusiastic professional who leverage your skills in programming and technical construction to reach good technical achievements. You enjoy working in a cooperative an encouraging environment. You have good communication skills and experience in working with business stakeholders – which allows you to communicate well with both technical and non-technical audiences. And you are curious about new ways to use digital technologies to support business results.

Your background:

• Experience within software development and architecture in a technical cloud context. E.g. in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, .Net, F# or general object-oriented development
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE products
• Up to date with the development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Relevant technical education
