The R&D Project Manager, Hardware Development for Radiometer is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the portfolio of active projects within electronics.

This position is part of the R&D located in Brønshøj, Copenhagen and will be primary on-site with the option to partly work from home. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Electronics team and report to the Director within Electronics responsible for developing and maintaining electronic components, circuits, and systems for Acute Care Diagnostic Instruments in Radiometer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Facilitate high level planning in projects within electronics (Life Cycle Management and New Product Development).
  • Proactively identify project risks, provide input to appropriate countermeasures and contingency plans, and assure timely execution of projects.
  • Project Manager /coordination responsibility for one or more projects.
  • Support continuously development of relevant processes.
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional R&D engineering teams, production, procurement, QA, RA, external vendors etc.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Previous experience within electronic.
  • Experienced team-player, who collaborate cross-functionally with a positive drive and attitude.
  • Follow project from start to end.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Product development preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Applying Lean to optimize processes.
