About The Role
This is a permanent position without probation period. Currently, we have an open position for Procurement Excellence Analyst within the Global Procurement Excellence team. The essence of the role is to develop and implement analytical tools/reports (across systems) to fulfill business requirements. Additionally, close collaboration with other Global Procurement Functions will be required.

What You Will Do
In this role, you support to develop and implement analytical tools/reports (across systems), execute analytics processes in Ariba, and governing strategic procurement systems and metadata to enable data driven decisions for Global Procurement Organization. Furthermore, the position holds training and education responsibilities regarding developed tools and enabled processes. Therefore, good communication and close collaboration with other Global Procurement Functions is required.

• Governing system and data, conduct user training​​.
• Manage tender requests in ARIBA.
• Support to develop analytical solutions and implementation.
• Manage operational data requests.
• Identify potential procurement opportunity by reviewing spend, supplier, and transactional data regularly across geographies.
• Support Procurement Excellence Manager/Senior Procurement Analyst in project implementation.

Who Are You
To succeed in this role, you work independently and towards multiple stakeholders in a high-paced matrix organization. Given that you will have multiple stakeholders across the business, you should be a good communicator with a collaborative mindset. As you will come across a wide range of people at all levels of the organization, it is important to have a good business understanding. You are someone technically savvy who can provide analytical solutions to address business challenges.

• University degree with an emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, or procurement.
• 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role, ideally in the procurement environment.
• Have Ariba event management experiences.
• Proficient in Power BI.
• Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel, Power Automate skills, good macro/coding skills, and certain RPA/Automation skills is an advantage.
• Process and business understanding in procurement environment also experienced in SAP Ariba/SAP R3/S4HANA is an advantage.
