Role Scope
As the Candidate Marketing Lead for Accenture Denmark, your primary responsibility will be to drive our employer positioning as an employer of choice, attracting the right talent and promoting Accenture's inclusive environment in alignment with our Inclusion & Diversity strategy. You will be an integral part of our Nordic Marketing & Communications team, collaborating closely with colleagues in Recruitment and the business.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass various candidate marketing activities aimed at strengthening our employer brand, from initial planning to implementation and measurement. This will involve managing partnerships, talent programs, and our internal school network team.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Supporting and developing content creation and localization for internal and external channels, including social media, in collaboration with the Social Media Lead and website content team.
• Ensuring that key messages and brand attributes are consistently reflected across all touchpoints.
• Tailoring Candidate Marketing activities to address local hiring needs.
• Assisting in events and campus activities targeting talented individuals with marketing-related content and collateral.
• Managing the rolling calendar and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications/Skills Requirements:

• A hands-on and practical mindset.
• Resilience and pragmatism, with a proven ability to thrive in changing environments.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills.
• Native Danish speaker with exceptional written and verbal English language proficiency.
• Experience in driving integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
• Ability to create content and think creatively, even with limited resources.
• A collaborative approach to work.
• University degree, preferably in Marketing.
