We are thrilled to announce that AJ Vaccines is hiring three Business Improvement Specialists: one for Polio Manufacturing, one for our BCG Manufacturing, and another for our QA department. Responsibilities

In this vital position, you will oversee portfolio management within your area of interest, ensuring each project aligns with our strategic goals and achieves business objectives. You will evaluate proposals, assess risks, and provide guidance to project managers, ensuring resources are used effectively. Your role will extend to project execution where you will plan, oversee, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while managing project scopes and stakeholder relationships to secure successful outcomes.

Additionally, you will drive innovation through continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing methods to enhance our processes, workflows, and systems. Your keen insight will also be crucial in process analysis, where you will evaluate our manufacturing processes to pinpoint areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Further responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Technology Integration: Assess and integrate new technologies and automation to boost manufacturing efficiency.

Risk Management: Actively manage and mitigate risks related to project execution and compliance.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Set up and track KPIs, report to stakeholders on project performance, and identify areas needing enhancement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing across departments.

Training and Development: Provide training and support in project management and continuous improvement techniques.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy (Ph.D. preferred).
  • MBA/MSc or relevant certification in project management.
  • Proven expertise in project management, change management, and compliance in regulated environments (GMP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of strategic project management experience.
  • Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other modelling software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Manufacturing Engineer are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English – written and spoken – is a requirement.
