The position
As a Transfer Pricing Advisor at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Participate in the planning and execution of transfer pricing projects (for example APA projects), often working together with external advisors and providing analysis, recommendations and presentations to management.
  • Perform compliance processes and projects while actively contributing to process improvements e.g. via utilising digital solutions.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the projects.
  • Prepare responses to tax authority requests or review responses if prepared by external advisors.
  • Provide advice to the business within the area of transfer pricing.
  • Support affiliates in transfer pricing audits.

You will work out of HQ in Bagsværd, Denmark with frequent interaction with the global Novo Nordisk organisation.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in tax, economics, public accounting, business law, or similar relevant education, as well as 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan tasks, follow plans, and meet deadlines.
  • Good prioritization skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • An interest in and experience with simple digital solutions is an advantage.

About the department
In Novo Nordisk’s Corporate Tax department we are 20 dedicated employees working in teams within Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax, Tax Technology and Indirect Taxes. You will be part of the Tax Pricing Team, where you refer to the director of the team.

Further to this, you will be part of the Global Tax organisation encompassing around 75 employees worldwide.
