Marketing Communication Coordinator

Our team is growing, and we need a talented Marketing Communication Coordinator to join us! As a Marketing Communication Coordinator at Evosep, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating our presence at industry conferences and seminars, and managing our promotional materials. You will be responsible for creating impactful physical events and promotional campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, enhance brand awareness, and support business growth.

Through collaborations with world-leading scientists we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than todays’ alternatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of Evosep’s participation in conferences, seminars, and other physical events globally.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, attendee registration, materials shipment, and setup.
• Represent Evosep as front desk receptionist.
• Develop and manage production of promotional items such as company clothing and giveaways, ensuring they align with brand standards and are distributed effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective event messaging and branding.
• Monitor event success and provide detailed reports on outcomes and ROI.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective event solutions.
• Keep inventory of all promotional items and manage their distribution across events and company needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event planning or a communications role, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams across different functions.
