We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Student Assistant to support our Marketing and Events team in various tasks.
Location: Farum Gydevej 68, 3520 Farum
Job Type: Part-time, Hybrid (On-site and Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Newsletter Support:
- Gather information and content for newsletters.
- Assist in setting up newsletter structure and layout.
- Prepare graphics and visuals to enhance newsletter aesthetics.
- Event Support:
- Aid in the logistical aspects of event planning and execution.
- Prepare event materials and ensure their timely delivery.
- Assist in coordinating event schedules and logistics.
- Social Media (SoMe) Support:
- Provide assistance in managing social media global platforms.
- Help create and schedule social media posts.
- Support in monitoring social media channels and engaging with the audience.
- Sales Force Support:
- Assist in creating forms and emails.
- Support lead management process, including data entry and organization.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
- Website Support:
- Assist in updating website content and graphics as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure website accuracy and relevance.
- Marketing Material Stock Support:
- Manage inventory of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, etc.
- Update marketing material content and design as required.
- Ensure availability of marketing materials for various initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Provide support for various digital marketing activities as assigned.
- Assist in other marketing-related tasks as needed.
- Just started studies in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Political Science., etc.) with at least 1 year ahead of studies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Danish or other languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in graphic design software e.g. Canva is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
