As a Senior Data Protection Specialist at Lunar, you’ll get the chance to use your natural skills of building relationships and managing stakeholders across all levels of the organization in different locations. We are all in this together and you will be hands-on and working closely with great and highly skilled people in very different roles. But don’t worry, you won’t have to do it all by yourself.

You will be part of the dynamic Legal Operations department which plays a key role in providing highly qualified legal guidance across different regulations and driving the efforts towards operational excellence in Lunar. Together with Rasmus Møller Kynde you will, from our beautiful office in central Aarhus, take ownership and oversee all aspects of data protection, ensuring the continued progress and development of the way we work with data protection in Lunar.

• Proficiency in relationship building and stakeholder management, pivotal for successful collaboration across departments and offices.
• Senior-level experience, preferably 4-6 years, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the evolving data protection regulations.
• Interest in becoming part of a fast-moving, technology-driven company with customers in focus, where no two days are the same.
• Fluency in English, enabling effective communication within our diverse and international team.

What will you (also) do?

• Maintain oversight of processing activities and a vast number of subprocessors, including review and negotiation of data processing agreements. We use the OneTrust platform so familiarity with this is a bonus, but not a requirement.
• Be part of risk assessing new exciting products we develop for our customers.
• Assess and handle data breaches.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, crafting policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidelines, while educating stakeholders to uphold compliance.
• Develop and refine current processes to enhance data protection measures across the organization.
