Senior Director, Head of Commercial Management

As Head of Commercial Management, Senior Director, you will be instrumental in crafting and refining our go-to-market strategies, ensuring they align with our overall corporate goals and customer needs. Your days will be filled with strategic planning, close collaboration with product and marketing teams, and continuous optimization of our commercial approaches to maximize effectiveness and reach, as well as heading your own team of 8 people, located mostly in Copenhagen, but also in Oslo and Stockholm.

This position is vital in bridging the gap between market segments and product units, providing insightful leadership that combines a deep understanding of market trends with an analytical approach to business. You will work directly under the guidance of our senior leadership, setting benchmarks and strategic goals that pave the way for GlobalConnect's sustained growth.

In your first 6-12 months, expect to dive deep into our operations, establishing clear, timed, and measurable commercial roadmaps. With your strategic vision and operational skills, you will be setting the stage for high-precision execution, meeting KPIs, and developing your team towards both achieving results and finding better ways of working.

To make history with us, you need:

• A solid background in financial and market analysis, capable of delivering data-driven decisions and maintaining structured operations amidst high-stakes scenarios.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a matrix organization, ideally with direct exposure to B2B, SaaS, or complex direct and partner sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability in go-to-market strategy development and execution and a proven history of seamlessly integrating sales, marketing, and product elements.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Nordic languages, is considered a significant plus.

This role is based in Copenhagen, with a high expectation for office presence to facilitate team integration and leadership. Regular travel within the Nordics will be a part of your role, approximately twice a month, to ensure close alignment with all stakeholders as well as your global team.
