The job

Here’s what the job entails
In the role, you will support our Head of Brazil as personal assistant. On top of this, your responsibilities will cover:

  • manage internal and external meetings including venues, catering and audio
  • support in the on- and off-boarding process of employees including engagement with external partners
  • drive vacation and working hours control overview and follow-up
  • work as contact person for all facility-related matters including purchase of office supplies and management of 3rd party personnel
  • coordinate when guests are coming to the Brazil office

Meet the team
You will join a team that manages all DC Brazil-related activities. The team creates value for Danske Commodities through building up capabilities and systems to enable an efficient and value-creating power trading desk in Brazil as well as being route-to-market for Equinor renewable assets and 3rd party assets.

We are a team of 13 professional and skilled colleagues who set the bar high. Together, we are covering everything from Trading to Finance. We value a good working culture and are proud of our environment, which is characterised by a high degree of both ambition and trust. Every day, we support each other in performing all tasks at the highest level, while also having a good time together.

This role plays a crucial part in the ongoing development of our Brazilian office and is essential for our collaboration with colleagues from DC’s headquarters in Denmark and our parent company, Equinor.

Your qualifications

As you will be working with a range of tasks, we are looking for someone who thrives on collaborating with different stakeholders and handling tasks at all levels – no job is too big or too small for you. We also picture you as someone who is great at meeting deadlines and stays calm when things get busy.

We also imagine that you:

  • hold a bachelor’s degree
  • have minimum of three years of experience in similar roles
  • are fluent in Portuguese and English – both written and verbal
