About the job
We are looking for a Student worker within Supply Chain, in our Business Area Wind, a part of the Vattenfall Organization.
What do we expect from you as Student worker in Supply Chain.
You will be part of Supply Chain, which has the responsibility to manage efficient supply chain, with the supply of the turbines and foundations, standardization of warehouse management and ensuring export control and customs compliance. The unit is growing and it creates a lot of existing opportunities to take part in.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of streamlined Supply Chain by supporting the management of the 3 critical areas in Supply Chain (Supply Management, Warehouse Management and Export Control & Customs) on administrative management tasks and the development of strategies and the implementation of those.
- Enhance Supply Chain time management efficiencies (i.e: development and maintenance of yearly calendar, overall training overviews, project follow-ups)
- Prepare communication material
- Prepare data analysis
- Enhance interface management between interrelated departments
- Support on process development
- Coordinate stakeholders within the Supply Chain organization
Your profile
Requirements and desired skills
- You are enrolled and studying within Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Business Development. Ideally you have 2-3 years left of your studies
- Preferably you have initial knowledge within either Supply Chain including Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain coordination or Project Management topics
- You have experience with preparing communication material to a broad audience
- You have an analytical mindset, and have experience structuring and analyzing data
- You are self-motivated, a quick learner and enjoy meeting new people
- You are fluent in English written and spoken
- You have an eye for details and keep an overview and structure, also when times are busy
- You know Office365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint) and you are comfortable familiarizing yourself with new IT tools

- Start date: As soon as possible
- Flexible 3-5 days/week, max. 20 hours/week with the possibility to increase to 40 hours/week during semester break
