Senior Compliance Professional

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Professional who can take our compliance performance to the next level. Do you have broad experience with compliance-related matters within root cause investigations and systematic problem-solving in a pharmaceutical Engineering or Manufacturing organization? Are you an expert in ensuring ‘right-first time’ documentation that is complying and ready for QA to approve? Then you are the right candidate for the open position!
The role
You will participate in improving our systematic problem-solving skills and systems to prevent recurrent deviations and deliver compliance support for the Utility-, Metrology-, Maintenance- and Automation- specialists.
Some of your tasks will be to:
- Drive compliance level alignment with QA when needed
- Drive deviations and Root Cause investigations
- Drive and document Changes Controls
- Participate in inspections from different agencies (DKMA/FDA)
- Responsible for trending GMP KPIs to support management
- Specialist review of compliance documentation
About you
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or another relevant field
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- It is an advantage if you have experience working with root-cause investigations
- You speak and write English fluently

Meet the team
You will be part of Automation, Utility, and Engineering Support. The department plays a vital role in strategy execution, from participating in the early CAPEX project design phase to the implementation and going into operation within Utility, HVAC, Automation, etc. The department consists today of app 30 employees with Engineers, Compliance Specialists, and Technicians.
