Help build strategic positions for Pandora in key media
To help plan and execute Pandora’s corporate media efforts, we are looking for an experienced Media Relations Specialist to join the global Media Relations & Public Affairs team at the company’s Copenhagen headquarters.

You will be engaged in company announcements and PR initiatives, including our financial communications, sustainability work, executive positioning, and issues management. Key work areas include:

• Crafting messages, press releases and other assets to place Pandora on key strategic positions in news, business, and trade media
• Responding to incoming media inquiries on all relevant matters
• Build relations to key international and Danish media
• Finding news angles and stories that you and the team can pitch to international and Danish media to secure strong coverage for Pandora
• Preparing briefs and advising company spokespeople on interviews
• Securing and preparing speaking opportunities for Pandora executives at key global events
• Supporting the team on issues and crisis management
• Helping to maintain our corporate LinkedIn account, finding stories to share, drafting posts, and community management

A good understanding of the PR and communications field
You have a keen interest in news and business media and a solid understanding of how media and journalists work. And, just like us, you are flexible in terms of assignments and workload when required, and you can perform under pressure, organise, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, we hope you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Communications and media relations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English, Danish a plus
• Strong project management skills

You are highly responsible and thrive in an environment based on trust, where employees care for each other and work towards common goals. You are structured in your approach and maintain a great overview of projects and assignments.
