And do you have a broad experience working with at commercial technologies? If so – you should know we are seeking an IT Commercial Service Owner for Western Europe Integrated IT (IIT) at Carlsberg.

What you’ll be doing
As a Service Owner in IIT, you will be responsible for the service delivery within the Commercial function in 9 markets in Western Europe. You will support, monitor, and coordinate service, to enable world class delivery to users in Western Europe ensuring third party provider service processes are in place to meet Carlsberg business needs.

You will be responsible for a range of commercial applications within WE IT and in close dialogue with business stakeholders, you will plan maintenance and enhancements of these.

Your scope of responsibilities and expertise:

• Contribution to transformation of regional ERP within the area of Sales & Distribution.
• Ensuring stable operations within the Order to Cash process and applications.
• Managing effectively and cost efficiently the regional commercial application portfolio, in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
• Managing new business demands and improvements in SAP landscape and in line with other regional strategic initiatives and the digital agenda.
• Driving optimization, standardization and contribute to design and implementation of new solutions supporting the commercial area.
• Supporting business in tests and implementations of new solutions.
• Leading smaller projects related to commercial area.

What we're looking for
An experienced manager of commercial systems and applications, one who has experience with IT Service Delivery Management and Application Portfolio Management, and broad understanding of IT topics and commercial systems.

You're a perfect match, if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Service Delivery Manager or related experience with a focus on Commercial IT with focus on SAP SD OTC
• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Application Portfolio Management or related experience with a focus on Commercial IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Operational Excellence and Process Improvement
• Experience with global vendor management
• Fluency in English
• Business experience within FMCG is an asset
