We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile development and a deep understanding AI technologies, preferably from radiology or another medtech area. As a Product Manager, you will align outcomes with customers and sales & marketing, work with management to ensure release planning and execution, and evolve our solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including AI & clinical research, engineering & design, regulatory and more to drive and document the product vision and roadmap development of our innovative diagnostic imaging AI solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring an exceptional user experience and overseeing product design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exploring markets and users, conducting market research, segmentation, identifying market events and understanding end-user needs.
- Connecting with the customer, adopting a customer-centric mindset, empathize with the customer, apply design thinking, and involve the customers and end-users continually.
- Define product strategy, vision and roadmaps, aligning strategy to business objectives, establishing equitable business models, creating and communicating a compelling vision and managing flexible product roadmaps.
- Managing and prioritizing the release backlog, guiding feature creation, prioritizing and accepting features, supporting the architectural development, and participate in release planning events.
- Delivering value, collaborating throughout the value streams, ensuring product completeness, enabling operations, releasing complete features sets, and meeting business goals.
- Oversee user experience (UX) and product design to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create prototypes, wireframes, and design specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Design).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an agile development environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and experience from Heathcare industry (preferably experience with radiology and medical imaging)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with hospitals or healthcare providers is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and improving healthcare through technology.
- Experience with user experience (UX) and product design processes.
