Partner Manager at Adtraction
Adtraction is an international business with local presence in the Nordic countries, UK, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Austria and Switzerland. The German office is seeking a highly motivated, energetic colleague who is just as passionate about digital marketing as we are. The position is located at our office in central Berlin.
Adtraction is an affiliate network. We work with local and international brands and help them increase online sales through our connected partners. As an Partner Manager at Adtraction you will be responsible for the following:
Daily tasks & job duties
- Identify, recruit and activate new partners
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing partners
- Optimise partner performance and assist them with any queries
- Set up additional campaigns and activities with partners
- Stay on top of trends and market news in the partner marketing industry
- Negotiate agreements with partners
Responsibilities
- Use Streak CRM system
- Work with OKR goal setting framework
- Maintain good service and results with partners

Skills & Requirements
Personal characteristics
- Team player, motivated to work towards shared company goals
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Interested in digital marketing
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role within ecommerce
- Positive, enthusiastic, communicative and social
- Good listener, being able to negotiate
- Goal and solution oriented
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education
- Experience and personal characteristics can compensate for the above
- Fluent in German & English
