We are seeking a student assistant to join our Corporate Responsibility team, where you will support with further strengthening our ESG reporting through effective data collection and management. In this role you will help establish processes to meet new regulatory requirements and will get a chance to shape the future of our non-financial reporting.
You will join a team of 7 dedicated colleagues, working within Compliance, Risk Management, Data Privacy and ESG, and will report directly to our ESG Reporting Specialist.
Your main tasks will be:
- Contributing to the collection and validation of non-financial data from within the organization and our supply chain, including Scope 3 emission data
- Documenting our ESG data collection procedures for assurance purposes
- Assisting in developing sustainability content for our ESG Report
- Monitoring current and emerging sustainability reporting expectations and requirements
Your qualifications
Ideally, you are starting your third year of your Bachelor studies or the first year of your Master's studies in the fields of environmental engineering, business economics, business administration or something completely different.
Most importantly, you are passionate about sustainability, have experience working with data and want to learn more about ESG reporting within an international company.
Furthermore, you have:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Understanding of the CSRD is a plus
Hours: two days per week, approx. 15 hours in total.
