Your role
As Head of Water Supply, you will:
- Lead and develop the business in Czechia & Slovakia.
- Provide technical advice and exceptional customer service.
- Manage profit and loss, oversee performance, and implement local strategies.
- Drive sales and project execution.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team.
- Support global business growth.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and drive sales opportunities.
- Prepare tenders and proposals.
- Deliver projects within the portfolio.
- Coordinate global projects and opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the local team.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years in environmental engineering, water technology, IT, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software products and services.
- Strategic thinker with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in global sales.
- Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak.
Desirable
- Experience in digital transformations and numerical modeling.
- MIKE Software literacy.
- Innovative mindset.
